I wanted to write and thank you sincerely for the prompt payment for the replacement valve which so inconveniently, required replacing. As previously mentioned, I have been greatly impressed by your efficiency, high standards and prompt service.
It has been a pleasure purchasing a car from you - despite not even test driving it! Apart from the ease and efficiency of purchasing a car from you (ie initial enquiry on Tuesday, purchased over the phone on Wednesday, and delivered to Auckland on Thursday!) the little touches such as the tank of petrol and the basket of goodies were also appreciated and certainly marked you way above all the other dealers I have dealt with.

Just a quick note to thank you for a first class 4WD and the service you accorded me in the deal. A full tank of gas and the basket of goodies were truly appreciated as a little extra.
The Mitsi Challenger is a great performer and I have lots of people telling me how mint it is, including my son, who you may recall is a team leader with Mitsubishi in New Market.
He reckons they would get around $16,000 on the yard for such a mint example.
Anyway, thanks guys. It is human nature to complain but few of us are prepared to tell when absolutely satisfied. This is a testimonial to your top products and excellent services.
